Cancellation notice received 1-14 days from start of scheduled camp: No refund of tuition.
Cancellation notice received 15-30 days from start of scheduled camp: 50% refund of tuition.
Cancellation notice received 31 days from start of scheduled camp: Full refund of tuition minus 10% processing fee.
Students family agrees that there are no deductions for arriving late, leaving early, or missing any portion of the camp session. Also, no refunds will be issued for students dismissed for disciplinary actions.
Private Lessons
Cancellation 24 hours prior to appointment, will receive full refund.
Cancellation within 24 hours will receive credit toward next booked personal lesson.
No Show will receive 0 refund.
